Embroidery is the handicraft of decorating fabric or other materials with needle and thread or yarn. Embroidery may also incorporate other materials such as metal strips, pearls, beads, quills, and sequins. Embroidery is most often used on caps, hats, coats, blankets, dress shirts, denim, stockings, and golf shirts. Embroidery is available with a wide variety of thread or yarn color.

Engraving is the art or technique of carving designs into a surface. The

Laser engraving is a process that vaporizes materials into fumes to engrave permanent, deep marks. The laser beam acts as a chisel, incising marks by removing layers from the surface of the material. We are able to engrave metal, wood, glass, and several other materials.

Screen printing is a printing technique whereby a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. A blade or squeegee is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh apertures with ink, and a reverse stroke then causes the screen to touch the substrate momentarily along a line of contact. This causes the ink to wet the substrate and be pulled out of the mesh apertures as the screen springs back after the blade has passed.

Direct to Film (DTF) is a unique printing technology using a specific water-based ink to print a film transfer that is then dried, a powdered glue is applied to the back and then heat cured. It is now ready for storage or instant use. Once heat pressed the soft water-based ink is transferred to the garment and can last as long or longer than traditional screen printing. DTF can be used on 100% cotton, 50/50, polyester, and much more. There really is no limit. We also offer UV/DTF. This process can be used on cups, mugs, tumblers, and any other hard surface. With DTF and UV/DTF there is no limit to the number of colors you can print, and no minimums.

Our custom sewn division offers clothing, luggage pads, laundry bags, pillows and cushions. We have the patters for a large range of apparel and other items and if we do not already have the pattern for what you are looking for, we can create a pattern just for you. We guarantee our products are of the highest quality and carefully handmade. We pay special attention to creating each individual item per your request. We also offer high quality skorts, shorts, and epaulettes that are handmade in our custom sewn division. All apparel is made with the highest quality materials, and only offered by Yachtees Apparel. We have a wide range of colors and sizes in stock; however, if we do not have what you are looking for in stock our custom sewn division will create it for you.
